Can you tell me about your money-back guarantee?

Yes, we can - thanks for asking. We're so confident you'll love our undies that if you buy them and don't like them for any reason, we'll give you a complete refund. You can even keep them (we certainly don't want them). This offer is on the first pair ordered for every new customer.

What are the undies made of?

Our undies are made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex. We use the highest quality cotton to ensure that you enjoy that soft and snug feeling you get when you put your favourite pair of undies on. Think about the softest pair of Bonds you had growing up, and then add about 20% softness - that's where we are.

What about the fit?

We spent years researching the most comfortable fit, with the goal that you don't want to notice your undies once you put them on. So after this initial comforting feeling you get putting on high quality cotton, you won't notice them again until you have to take them off. We don't want to be noticed, we just want to be there for you.

How do you get them to me?

All our undies are vacuum sealed for total freshness and given to Australia Post to deliver. They are sent as a letterbox and all packages will fit in your letterbox. They are also in a clear package, so if you don't want someone at work seeing what's in your package, we recommend getting them sent to your home.

How long once I order until I get my jocks?

As soon as we get your order, we get to packing it - that is done right here in Australia. Within 24 hours, it will be at Australia Post. Generally, they will take 1-2 days to deliver to major cities, and up to 5 days for rural areas. If you have ordered and don't receive the packages in this time, send us a message and we'll get right on it.

Can I change a subscription package?

Yep, absolutely.  If you want to change your size, your style, or the colours of the underwear you receive, just log in to your account, and the button you need will be right there.

Do you offer returns?

Since we are 100% confident you’ll like our product, we have a 100% money-back guarantee on the first pair ordered for every customer. We only offer refunds on the first pair of an order. Soooooo, if you don't believe the reviews or don't want to risk it to get the biscuit; we recommend trying one pair first and adding more once you've worn them. If you make a boo-boo and order the wrong size or style, shoot us an email at as soon as possible, and we'll arrange a switch - we'll cover even cover the postage ;)

Do you charge for delivery?

Don’t be ridiculous!! As you may be able to tell with our pricing, we're not an electricity company trying to hide stuff. What you see when you add to cart is what you get. 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Sure, cancel any time. We won’t take it personally. Well maybe we will a touch, but don't worry about our feelings.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Yes! We post to New Zealand, the UK and the USA. The only difference with overseas is you will be charged shipping unfortunately. If you're not in one of these countries and want to be part of the Junkmail Party Time, please email us at or message us on the contact form.

When will I get my additional subscription rounds?

We post (with Australia Post) within the first 24 hours of payment. If you subscribe, we'll charge on the monthly schedule of your choice. If you order for delivery every 3 months on the 14th of the April, your second package will be charged and sent on the 14th of July.

All our original customers were moved to a schedule to receive their packages on the first of the month, so they will continue this until they cancel.

When will my credit card be charged?

We take the first payment as soon as you order with Junkmail. Subscription orders will be taken on the same day of the month in the future.

What if I have enough undies for the month?

You can change your subscription at any time to receive underwear more (or less) frequently. You can even put it on hold until you decide you’re ready to start up again.

I'm worried about my security with online purchases.

That’s technically not a question, but not to worry. We use Stripe and PayPal to act as a gateway so we do not store your credit card information. We also have all the latest SSL certificates and internet security so you can sleep at night know you’ll only be charged when you get excellent product in return.
